Nor'Easter All-Stars
The EHL All-Star College Series is a special event organized each year by the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) designed to showcase some of the league's top talent in front of college scouts and coaches. The selected teams play against NCAA Division III teams to demonstrate their skill and competition.
Here's how it works....
All-Star Selection: The EHL coaches select players from each team based on their performance during the regular season. These players are then invited by the league to represent their respective teams or divisions in the All-Star game.
Exposure for College Recruitment: College hockey programs from across the country (mostly NCAA Division I and Division III) attend the event to scout players for potential recruitment. The All-Star Series is seen as a great opportunity for players to get noticed by these programs.
Format: The All-Star teams play against some of the best NCAA Division III and get a chance to tour the college campuses. For these players, this is an important opportunity to gain exposure and stepping stone for players who want to continue their careers at the collegiate level.
